How We Use Your Personal Information
Information we collect on our web sites may be used to enhance your experience in the following ways:
- Make your loan inquiry process easier via our pre-screening process
- Give enough information to a loan consultant that he/she can speak with you about your situation
- Respond to your inquiries or requests
- Communicate special offers and featured items to you
Following the completion of an application, or the request of a free e-book on our site, some personal information is collected and stored in a database system both in our office, and on a third party database system. The third party database system is an auto responder, which executes a pre-loaded marketing campaign composed of form letter emails designed to continue your interest in lines of credit or mortgage loans, and to entice you to email, call, or return to the website. We also may use this information to send you postal mail, special promotional offers, or to telephone you in an attempt to generate further interest. You may “opt-out” or choose to be excluded from these communications by clicking on the link at the bottom of these emails and then selection the opt-out option.
